Heartland Applied Intelligence

The new employee, working a plant office.

A tryout on the three-way match, the RFQ pile, and every emailed PO your best CSR is still keying by hand.

Have a principal call me

A principal calls you back the same business day. After hours, you're the first call at 8 a.m.

The work it takes off your office

  • It runs the three-way match, PO to receipt to invoice, so exceptions surface before payment instead of after.
  • It turns emailed PDF purchase orders into ERP orders with acknowledgments, so order entry stops eating your best CSR's morning.
  • It pulls specs from RFQ drawing packets and matches them to quote history, so quotes go out in hours.
  • It answers customer order-status requests from live ERP data, so the front office stops fielding where's-my-order calls.
  • It chases open POs and reports late suppliers, so you hear about a late part before the line does.

...and a dozen jobs like them.

Where the hours actually go

Your controller can tell you the three-way match eats a person most of the month, and every exception she chases came in as an email. Order entry has one CSR whose morning belongs to PDFs. The RFQ pile sits on the estimator's desk because pricing a job still means opening the drawing packet and remembering what a similar one went out at in 2022.

None of that is judgment work. All of it is on the list.

Your systems

We work inside Epicor, NetSuite, or whatever ERP you run. We do not work around your contract, and we do not ask you to switch ERPs to get value.

Shop floor stays the shop floor. We do not touch MES, machine controls, or anything that can hurt a person.

How we prove it

Discovery.Fixed fee, credited to the pilot. We rank the office work by hours saved, from AP to the RFQ desk. You get the ranked list either way.
Pilot. We grade against POs your plant already shipped and quotes your estimator already sent. It can look. It can't touch. Nothing writes to the ERP until you've watched it be right on work your team already closed.
Scale.More of the list, and a weekly report to operations. You decide when it gets more rope. It earns it the same way a hire does.

Office work only. No MES, no PLCs, no machine controls. If your problem is on the shop floor, we'll point you to someone who does that work.

Who shows up

You already keep an outside attorney and a CPA. We're that, for AI. Our principals run every engagement personally, and plant owners get a principal's cell. We're in our first pilots. You can talk to every owner running one. If a pilot isn't worth your shop's time, we'll say so.

Your data stays in your systems. It never becomes anyone's training data. An employee under NDA.
