The principals.
Two owners. Every engagement, personally. Clients get a principal's cell.
Matt Ripkey
Matt runs the business side. Finance and management by training, operator by trade. He has spent his career inside closely-held companies figuring out where the hours actually go, and what a week of them is worth.
On an engagement, he owns the discovery, the pilot scope, and the weekly report. If the pilot isn't worth your time, he's the one who says so.
Alex Svitnev
Alex runs the build. He has spent the last decade shipping systems that live in production and get graded on whether they are right, not whether they are clever.
On an engagement, he owns the pilot itself. Nothing writes to your systems until you have watched it be right on work your team already finished.
How we work
We're in our first pilots. You can talk to every owner running one. Use us the way you use your CPA or your outside attorney, not the way you use a vendor.
Have a principal call you.
A principal calls you back the same business day. After hours, you're the first call at 8 a.m.
