Heartland Applied Intelligence

The new employee, working a marine dealership.

Because the season is short and the paperwork isn't.

The season problem

You sell most of the year's units in a window that isn't very wide. The winter leads pile up unworked. The spring delivery calendar slips a week at a time on a missing form. You've hired around it. It still happens.

An employee that never sleeps, works the off-season pile in January, and clears title, registration, and Coast Guard paperwork the week the boat lands, is the shape of the problem answered.

The work it takes off your store

  • It answers, qualifies, and books internet and off-season leads, after hours included, so the winter lead is booked before spring.
  • It pulls title, registration, and Coast Guard paperwork and flags what's missing, so delivery stops slipping a week for a form.
  • It audits every finance jacket before lender submission, so missing stips surface at the desk, not at funding.
  • It pre-audits warranty claims against manufacturer policy before submission, so fewer bounce and factory money lands faster.
  • It matches parts and rigging invoices against the DMS, so mismatches surface before checks get cut.

...and a dozen jobs like them.

Your systems

We work inside CDK Lightspeed, Rollick, DX1, or whatever runs your store. We do not work around your contract, and we do not ask you to switch platforms to get value.

How we prove it

Discovery.Fixed fee, credited to the pilot. We rank the office work by hours saved, from the BDC to the title desk. You get the ranked list either way.
Pilot. We grade against boats your store already delivered and leads your BDC already worked. It can look. It can't touch. Nothing writes to your systems until you've watched it be right on deliveries you closed.
Scale.More of the list, in time for the season, and a weekly report on the desk. You decide when it gets more rope. It earns it the same way a hire does.

Office work only. No rigging, no launches, no service bay. If the problem is on the water or in the shop, we'll point you to someone who does that work.

Who shows up

You already keep an outside attorney and a CPA. We're that, for AI. Our principals run every engagement personally, and dealer principals get a principal's cell. We're in our first pilots. You can talk to every owner running one. If a pilot isn't worth your dealership's time, we'll say so.
